Still worth picking up if you a Turtles fan and can get one for a good price. The thing is huge and a big build, wish there were some Rock soldiers instead of the lone foot soldier but that is just nit picking. I did have three missing pieces but I expect Mega Blocks to provide them in due course and the three did not stop the build fortunately.

Who wants this brand new set? This is very amazing set and through somebody's imagination to create it and for it to be a reality is amazing in itself. I cannot believe that this set exist. I was lucky that I bought two at a time and I have one but I'll need the other one and I am selling it

The Technodrome is a great set, a big, time consuming build, but we'll worth it. Building it took me quite a while because I would build some, then pose Footsoldiers as though they were the ones building it. I love how the Technodrome opens up and can store many Footsoldiers and Rocksoldiers inside. I did make some minor changes, such as adding steps to the lowest level and steps up to the area with the dimensional portal. Although it is not to scale of what we saw in the cartoon, I understand why it is the size it is. I just imagine that it is a mini Technodrome. It just would not have been pheasable to have a true to scale Technodrome, for that would have to be approximately a 4 foot by 4 foot spherical shape, and who has doors that big. Overall a beautiful set, masterfully designed with the way the outside panels were done, even if those small gold colored pieces were difficult to get pressed all the way in, to make sure the panels are at the correct angle. A great display piece, but as it is quite large, I have it displayed in an old entertainment center, and entertain it does!

Just picked up this set a few days ago. Pretty impressed with the attention to detail. I'd be even more impressed if I had all the pieces. I'm on step 95 and I've just discovered missing pieces number 7 and 8. I'm maybe a quarter of the way through this set and I find this high a missing piece count this early disappointing. Hopefully the company can help and I can continue wit this build. Other than the missing pieces I still really like this set.

Just finished building this set, took me about 3 weeks to get it all done. I worked in 2-3 hour intervals for a total build time of about 16 hours. It was a fun build and I didn’t rush myself at all. First off, let’s start with the packaging of the Mega Bloks TMNT Collectors Technodrome Set. The box itself is really big and heavy (REMINDER this is large set when complete 18”high, 22” long, and opens to 20” wide). The box is really cool and a great collector’s item in itself. When I first opened this set up I was really impressed with the quality & thought that went into the package design. Inside will be large instructions and two boxes with many many many bags of parts. I spent the first few hours separating all the colors/small pieces into clear Tupperware containers and checking each pieces quantity compared to the instructions (use a system that works for you). Once that part was done it was time to start building. Once you get about half way done you can see the real progress you’re making and how truly awesome this set is. When you’re finally finished with this set you will be in utter amazement! The Technodrome opens up to 20” wide with 3 floors,3 canons, 2 mutagen chambers, a jail cell, a large platform inside and A LOT of detail (the spinning eye on top is GREAT). Also included are five Micro figures (Leonardo, Master Splinter, Krang in his walker, one Foot Soldier and several Mousers). The Technodrome is pretty sturdy and solid set. Over all this was a long fun build and I was 100% happy with the end result. This is a MUST buy for any TMNT collector or fan of the Old 1987 cartoon, I couldn’t recommend enough.
